Paul Robinson – Financial Director

Paul comes from a mathematical/statistical background. Paul graduated from University with a BSc degree in economics before working in a number of sectors including actuarial science, strategic planning, forecasting and management consultancy. Paul spent over 10 years in the market research industry on the agency side before taking a career break to qualify as a Maths teacher and taught for a couple of years. Paul then went on to help rescue a flooring company and spent 10 years building the company before selling his stake in 2018. After a brief period of semi-retirement, Paul founded Raindancer Ltd with former colleagues, Rich Crossley and Michael Alexander.

Mike Alexander – Digital Marketing Director

Mike has spent nearly 10 years making and breaking websites and crafting SEO campaigns to see how search engines would respond. Having managed award-winning SEO teams at various SEO agencies, Mike ventured into digital entrepreneurship, setting up numerous online businesses before heading up the digital marketing division at Raindancer Ltd.

Rich Crossley – Managing Director

Before co-founding Raindancer Ltd, Rich spent over 25 years working in Financial Services Technology for well known investment banks (Credit Suisse, Citi, JPMorgan and UBS). He has been based in the UK, US and Asia. Rich graduated with a BSc in Computer Science. At Raindancer Ltd he oversees and undertakes a lot of the technology direction as well as running the firm alongside his partners, Paul and Mike.
